Greetings, I'm Emily. A community Herbalist, Reiki Master, and Medicine Woman, I've traversed a transformative journey guided by the wisdom of the plants. Along this path, the Blue Heron spirit has been a steadfast presence, appearing at pivotal junctures to offer guidance and support. I approach my practice with a sense of reverence, recognizing the divine energies inherent within plant medicine and the ancient lineage of Reiki. It is my privilege to channel these energies, sharing the wisdom and healing that I've cultivated through my herbal and Reiki lineages. Herbalism
Maintaining balance through homeostasis is fundamental for a fulfilling life. Herbal medicine emerges as a potent, safe, and cost-effective avenue to achieve this equilibrium, both emotionally and physically. As a dedicated community herbalist, my journey has been deeply rooted in the exploration of ancestral herbal traditions, particularly within Western Herbalism, as well as tracing my lineage back to Irish and European herbal practices.
My pursuit of plant wisdom has been enriched through extensive learning experiences under various mentors, culminating in an immersive apprenticeship focused on Irish Herbalism, known affectionately as 'The Cure' in Ireland. By fostering a reciprocal relationship with the 'quiet plants' surrounding us in our gardens and forests, I endeavor to extend healing support to my community.
In this profound connection with nature, I've come to understand that even the most unassuming blooms in my garden and the herbs foraged from the forest carry profound wisdom and potent medicine, eagerly waiting to collaborate with us. Guided by the spirits of both ancestors and elements, I offer intuitive herbal consultations and craft artisanal medicinal products using sustainably sourced, organic ingredients. Through this harmonious integration of tradition and innovation, my aim is to facilitate holistic well-being and vitality for those in need of healing.

Reiki
As a Reiki Master Teacher trained in the Usui Ryoho Lineage and an Angel Reiki Practitioner, my journey with Reiki commenced with a profound visitation from my ancestors. Since then, I've embraced a diverse path, studying Angel, Shamanic, and Traditional Japanese Reiki under the guidance of numerous esteemed teachers. My practice offers a spectrum of Reiki sessions tailored to meet the unique preferences and needs of each client. Whether you seek Angel, Shamanic, or Traditional Japanese Reiki, I am committed to customizing our session to align with your individual requirements. I extend both in-person sessions in Bend, Oregon, and distant Reiki sessions conducted via Zoom. It's important to note that while Reiki is a powerful complementary therapy, it is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis. Reiki, whether administered in person or from a distance, yields equal benefits. Plant Medicine
My greatest passion and life's path lie in working with the Master Plant Teachers, a journey illuminated by profound teachings from indigenous tribes and revered Maestros who safeguard the wisdom of their ancestors. Through countless ceremonies and sacred dietas, I've forged a profound connection with the plants and their medicine, guided by the ancient spirits.
Continuing my apprenticeship under the guidance of Master Plants and Maestros, I am honored to serve as a conduit for the myriad plant spirits that work through me, supporting my sacred work. Among the offerings are legal and potent medicines such as Hapé and Sananga ceremonies. In addition to my deep engagement with healing herbs and ancestral Master Plants, I've extensively explored entheogenic plants, enriching my practice.
Drawing upon my training and experience in Andean and Irish Cosmology, I weave prayers of healing and serve as a vessel for the guiding spirits.
